mind the COW gloves are carefully packed in biodegradable and plastic-free boxes and are shipped from Slovenia within 1-3 business days after receiving the order.

Delivery countries and shipping costs
We ship worldwide. Shipping charges vary based on the shipping country.

European countries: 8 €
United Kingdom: 10 €
Unites States and Canada: 12 €
Rest of the world: 12 €

Shipping method and transit times
The orders are shipped from Slovenia using priority and tracked service. Once your order is dispatched you will be notified via email and will receive a tracking number. Shipping to European countries and the UK may take anywhere from 3 to 6 business days, to the USA from 7 to 10 business days, and to the rest of the world from 8 to 14 business days. Shipping transit times are approximate, delays may occur due to external factors or problems with the delivery.
Import duty and taxes
Within the European Union, no duties or taxes will apply. Orders that are shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import duty and taxes levied by the destination country, and it is the customer's responsibility to pay for them. Please note that mind the COW cannot control or predict these charges and cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary from country to country. Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that once the order has been shipped, you can no longer cancel it.

Returns and exchanges
You may return or exchange the gloves within 14 days of receiving your package. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned gloves must be clean, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. Sales receipts must be attached with all returns/exchanges.

Please examine the gloves within a reasonable time after arrival and let us know as soon as possible if they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

To save time and trouble and avoid having to make an exchange, please be sure to check our size chart before placing an order. If you have doubts about the appropriate size for you, please contact us - we are here to help.

Before returning the gloves, please write us an email at info@mindthecow.com to let us know if you would prefer a return or an exchange and why your item did not meet your expectations.

Please note that it is your responsibility to pay for all the associated return/exchange shipping costs. We strongly advise that you send your parcel using a tracked service to ensure it reaches us safely. We will ship the exchange gloves, or process your refund once we have received the returned goods.

Processing your refund
We endeavor to process refunds within 10 working days of receipt of the returned goods. Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear in your account. International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside of the European Community where they apply.
